Pashcon Developments was started by two people. You can still call them today: Gordon and Martin. They are not distant executives behind a boardroom door. They are the ones who pick up the phone. They are based in Vancouver. They build across the Okanagan, in Kelowna and Penticton. They keep things small on purpose: a small number of projects, each one given the attention a family name demands.
Building a home is a bit like baking bread. Rush it, and it falls apart. Give it time and care, and it holds together for years. That is why Pashcon works with the same architect and interior designer on every project, and why the team stays involved long after a building is finished, not just until the sale closes.
